Its sickening what is happening with the natural foods industry

I bought some almond butter which I assumed was pure but tonight was shocked when I saw the ingredients:

Palm oil and cane sugar.  I’m assuming the reader knows about the problems with palm oil and the massive deforestation that is occuring because of it.

It turns out that Marantha was acquired by Hain Celestial back in early 2008 and by late 2008 this product above was added to their line.  Its really sickening what is happening (read the link and see who owns Hain Celestial).
