I thought I would share with readers how, lately, I’ve been making my rice:
I start out by cooking a couple cups of organic brown basmati rice in a rice cooker.
When the rice cooker finishes its good to leave it sit for at least another 10 minutes because the brown rice is still actually cooking.
After 10 or 15 minutes (or even longer is ok) I take the lid off the rice cooker and fluff the rice with a wooden spatula.
I fill a ceramic bowl with rice. Here is where all the magic comes:
– add a heaping teaspoon of chlorella powder
– add a little less than one teaspoon of organic curry powder (or more if you want)
– optional: add extra turmeric or cumin
– take a small handful of fresh walnuts and crumble them into the rice
– optional: crumble in a few organic sea-salt flavor rice chips
– add a dash of organic raw apple cider vinegar
– add about 1/4 teaspoon of raw organic coconut butter
– finally add a sprinkling of pink sea salt (like Real Salt)
stir and eat
I hope you will try this and enjoy it!
