Lately I’ve really been enjoying a new thing with tea: Having my favorite organic white peony tea with unsweetened soymilk and a tiny pinch of stevia powder for sweetening. Adding the soymilk to tea really changes it. It is gentle and calming. I also prefer to wash my tea bags before using by dipping them in a small amount of hot water for a few seconds and discarding the water. Then I make the tea by steeping the bag for only about 30-45 seconds.
