Was checking out chocolate bars at the health food store the other day and it was sad that I could find only one that was 100% chocolate with no sugar whatsoever.
I recommend this if you love chocolate and love things that are so good you don’t want to over-indulge in them. Just have one small piece and savor every bit of flavor!
When it comes to schoko (my endearing term for chocolate based on the German word for it), I highly recommend to go 100% pure and stay 100% pure, whether it be eating chocolate bars or using cocoa powder. The more you get used to it, and the more you completely wean yourself off of all sugar, the more you’ll enjoy it. (Note, I do use a little bit of stevia when making hot schoko drink).
