A few posts ago I was mentioning sprinkling midichlorian powder on food. I have these ultra-high-potency, 100 billion colony-forming units per capsule probiotic supplements I got at the health food store a few weeks back. They are so powerful that one capsule is way too much to take (unless treating something like a serious illness).
So instead I’ve been cutting the end of the capsule and just sprinkling some of the powder on stuff. My absolute favorite medium to sprinkle midichlorian powder on is salad. People are used to cheese on salads. I actually am vegan and would very rarely consume cheese, however the midichlorians go well on salad just as a sprinkling of some high-grade cheese would.
One benefit of sprinkling them on food is that one capsule has enough powder to last for at least 5 days or more, depending on how much you want to sprinkle per serving. So even though these capsules were relatively expensive for a probiotic supplement, they are turning out to be quite economical actually.
Having done this sprinkling of them on my food for a while, I can definitely feel them at the end of the day. I have no doubt that those little colonies are forming inside me and doing their wonderful things. I can feel them in the area of my stomach where I tend to feel nausaeu from stress or improper eating. Its like they’ve migrated to that area and are helping it out. Amazing.
Supposedly they also help significantly with improving immunity, especially for those who engage in fitness. I know that my mouth definitely feels healthier now that I’m taking them.
They also are supposed to help improve one’s mind. I hope they do.
