I’m excited about this new exercise a guy at the gym showed me this week. At first he showed me and I tried it. Then I was surprised and saw someone else doing it who said that they had learned it from a trainer.
Today I tried researching it and found out that it is called the “Woodchopper” or may be referred to as an “oblique abdominal exercise with a resistance band.
I was curious about this because there’s also another machine at the gym the guy showed me this week which really works the abs. I’m falling in love with it. But I wanted to get some work on the obliques as well.
Here’s one video of a trainer demonstrating the “Woodchopper”. Watching him do it is breathtaking with his exceptional kinaesthetic form.
