I never particularly thought of myself as skinny. In fact I think that for much of my life I’ve had a gut slightly larger than I wanted and kind of had become resigned after years that it would just always be that way.
But I’ve been on a no-refined-carbs diet for a long time and I can say the results are really amazing. I cannot stress how important, how crucial it is to completely eliminate refined carbs and all added sugars from one’s diet.

It says that I have a BMI lower than 75% of females in the world in my age range. This was achieved through rigorous discipline and dedication, not just some accident. Not just luck.
According to the BBC site I have a body type most like someone from Papua New Guinea.
If everyone became conscientious, went vegan, and ate a sattvic diet it would solve so many problems in the world.
