A healthy alternative to drinking plain juice or plain mineral water (a.k.a. sparkling water) is to mix the two together. It is a unique taste that one has to get used to, but it is very healthy and very refreshing.
Lately instead of my regular morning baby glass of tangerine juice I now have mineral water and tangerine juice.
The health benefits of mineral water are underrated. In addition to the important step of replacing all salt in your diet with a healthy salt like Celtic sea salt or pink salt, drinking mineral water regularly is very good for the body 🙂
