Every green space in the city stinks like dog urine

Every single green space in my city stinks like dog urine and it is distusting.

If that statement is not entirely clear, let me re-state it just to clarify:

Every single green space stinks like dog urine.

This is not exaggeration. It is reality.

Along the dirt-path promenade by a shore, the entire, continuous stretch for about a mile stinks from dog urine. By the time you go along it and reach one end, the urine stench is caked in your nose and feels like its saturating your hair and clothing.

I would not even try to venture onto the sandy beach, which is overrun with off-leash dogs. The last time I did so – over a year ago – I was actually sitting meditating when an off-leash dog intruded right into my space more than once and the owner – a complete loser guy who appeared to be “cruising” did not try to stop it. In fact it seemed as if that’s what he wanted – he wanted his dog to intrude like that. It was a complete violation and totally disgusting.

We live in a time when human health is in a pretty foul state. People look sick and are sick. There are all kinds of diseases, not to mention cancer. Yet, what do people do? Do they cherish the precious green spaces that exist in their communities? Hell no.
