Once the rice is cooked it only takes seconds to make.

Organic brown basmati rice with some wild rice mixed in. Also added a few drops of toasted sesame oil and a pinch of sea salt when cooking the rice.

I put in half an organic avocado, chopped scallion, and some organic salsa fresca from the natural foods store, then crumbled in some pico de gallo seasoned organic brown rice chips. Added a dash of organic apple cider vinegar.

Raisins, walnuts, ground cumin, and atlantic dulse flakes can also be added.

Note: I almost never like to eat rice or other chips directly anymore. They are much tastier and fun to eat as an additive to rice dishes. Also, a whole bag will last a lot longer when used this way. It can also be fun to try different flavored chips with different recipes and seasonings.
