This is mostly helpful for keyboard players but may also be helpful for players of other instruments in which the fingers press hard upon surfaces:
Eat one spoonful of almond butter a day for healthy and strong fingernails.
I know almond butter is expensive – a luxury item for most people. However I find that I don’t even like to eat too much almond butter. As with many nuts, I’m intolerant to more than just a small amount.
Think of buying a jar of almond butter as an investment. Think of it as a healing herb. Eat one spoonful a day and your nails will be healthy and strong.
